Q: Do you carry any fragrances of incense that are not listed?

A: The web store currently has Nag Champa Incense in several sizes and over 100 fragrances of incense in the Calm Incense line. If your fragrance or brand isn't listed, email specialrequests@psychedelicexpress.com. We may have it and just haven't added it to the site yet.

Q: Do you have any stickers or posters that are not listed?

A: We currently have around 600 posters in the web store. If your poster or sticker isn't listed, ask us: specialrequests@psychedelicexpress.com

Q: I have this odd thing I'm looking for that I can't find anywhere else. I don't see it in your store. Do you know where I can get it?

A: We've completely redesigned the site as of Independence Day, 2005. We're working hard to have our search feature available ASAP.

Q: Do I have to pay tax on my order?

A: If you live within the state of Washington, USA you will have to pay sales tax on your order. If you live in any other state, you will not be charged sales tax.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Our current shipping rates are as follows:
Orders of less than $10.00 - shipping is $4.00
Orders from $10.00 to $49.99 - shipping is $6.00
Orders from $50.00 to $99.99 - shipping is $10.00
Orders of $100.00 or more - FREE shipping!

Q: How long should I allow for shipping?

A: Please allow up to four to six weeks for shipping. Most orders will be processed and sent right away, but some items can take a little longer. If you are concerned about the length of time to ship an order, please email customerservice@psychedelicexpress.com

A: In order to keep your information secure and our costs low, we use a third-party shopping cart and payment processor through Paypal. The actual shopping cart pages are secure pages provided by Paypal. If you have any questions regarding the security of your information when shopping with us, please direct them to support@psychedelicexpress.com.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We currently accept Paypal and (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Discover) credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to sign up for a Paypal account to pay with a credit card via Paypal. If you require another method of payment, please contact customerservice.

Q: Can I order by phone?

A: Not currently, although we are looking at implementing a telephone sales line in the future.

Q: Can I order by postal mail?

A: We really prefer you to order online, but if you refuse to order via the Internet you may contact support@psychedelicexpress.com and we will try to work out other options.

Q: Are there any hidden charges?

A: No. Your total order cost will be the cost of the items, plus sales tax if you are in the state of Washington, plus shipping if applicable.

A: Sure, we love links. Email and let us know after you place your links so we can say thank you.

Q: Do you have a link exchange program?

A: Link exchanges may be done at the webmaster's discretion on a case by case basis. Email for more info.

Q: Can I use images from your web site?

A: No. We're sorry, but all images on psychedelicexpress.com are copyrighted and we cannot give permission to use these images. If you want images to use on your web site, there are some funkadelic backgrounds at ePsychedelia.

Q: Does Psychedelic Express use cookies?

A: Our Paypal shopping cart uses cookies to store information about your order. Please allow cookies for paypal.com in order to use our shopping cart.

Q: Does Psychedelic Express use popups?

A: Our shopping cart will open in a new window for security purposes. If you have a pop-up blocker, you may need change the permissions to allow psychedelicexpress.com and paypal.com in order to use our shopping cart, or disable the pop-up blocker while visiting our site. If you are having trouble using our shopping cart, or if you see other popups while visiting, please email support for assistance.

Q: Why did I get a spam email from psychedelicexpress.com?

A: Psychedelic Express does not send spam, period.
We do have a mailing list, and if you are a member of our list, you will receive email from us from time to time. If you are receiving our mailing list and did not subscribe, please email the webmaster.
If you are receiving other spam that appears to be from us, usually with a random email name such as aftnpq@psychedelicexpress.com, it is not coming from us. Spammers "spoof" fake email addresses from real domains onto spam email in order to get past spam filters. It isn't very nice of them and we wish they would stop as much as you do.
